It is great for high temperature (up to 475)
cooking such as stirfry or stovetop grilling.
It does not smoke at a high temperture like olive oil
will.It is the 365 brand (Whole Foods Market)
and has 1gram,(5%) of saturated fat.There are no
added ingredients... just expeller pressed,refined,
grapeseed oil. The price is around $5.99.It is found
in the oil section of Whole Foods.

I use this mostly when I cook chicken nooodle soup.It is inexpensive and can be found in most of the large grocers,such as H.E.B & Krogers.
I like these cookies for a snack because they are low in sodium, only 2%.(less bloating) It contains 8 stay fresh packs, 2 in each pack,73 calories each.
Wheat flour is the first ingredient listed and they are crisp and delicious.They taste like ginger bread cookies to me.
